Please note that the registration process is different for (a) Official Delegation of Participating States, Intergovernmental Organizations and Entities that have Observer Status with the General Assembly, and Accredited Intergovernmental Organizations and Specialized Agencies, (b) Civil Society Organizations (NGOs, Private Sector, etc), and (c) United Nations Secretariat Entities, Funds and Programmes and Regional Commissions.

Please note that an official nomination letter must be sent to the LLDC3 Secretariat at
LLDC3@un.org, specifying the official list of all participating staff members, to facilitate the approval process. A copy of such a nomination letter will need to be uploaded during registration in INDICO.
Once you have applied thorugh the Indico link above and the Secretariat approves your application, you will receive an email with the next steps required to register with the Government of Turkmenistan for entry purposes. Please use your United Nations Laissez-Passer (UNLP).
